Mr. Kim Clouse is considered one of the top consultants in the training realm of automotive digital marketing. Clouse has been involved with automotive internet sales for over 14 years, is a charter member of the AAISP, and winner of the Lemons to Lemonade Award given at Digital Dealer. He spoke at the 4TH Digital Dealer Conference in Orlando and the 5TH in Grapevine Texas in 2008 as well as the 6th in Las Vegas for 2009. At the 6th conference Clouse moderated one of the roundtable discussions for internet sales professionals and managers, spoke in the general session and in separate breakout sessions for auto dealers and internet sales managers from across the United States. Kim is the founder of I Auto Consultants llc.and teaches auto dealers process and policy, with a main emphasis on improving the bottom line. Kim favors returning to the basics of training people the art of selling properly while learning to use digital tools. He often states that many people will tell you how to sell but few ever teach you a process. Clouse has been a member of the Southeast Toyota Pro's at the master level, GM Mark of Excellence - multiple years, Cadillac e-certified and Honda i certified. His past dealership training experience is in all GM makes including the Hummer H-1 series, Honda, VW, Mazda, Toyota, Ford and Hyundai. Kim got his start with marketing and advertising in the late 80's writing jingles and commercials for radio and tv. While at award winning companies like Idea's Inc., Imperial Sound Studios, Audio Ark and others he became a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
Currently, Kim has implemented a live interactive video training solution that allows all staff members to learn at less expense to the dealer. The training can have attendees, presenters or hosts all with individual audio/video control, desktop sharing and control by region or full screen, application sharing and much more. Anyone with good car experience can walk into a store and describe what they think is wrong. The challenge in this new era is the development of the ABC's for sales, teach the importance of online reputation and management, customer relationships, integrity and accountability. I understand that every situation is unique and that a computer has never sold a car, but they sure can be helpful.
