22 years of working within the Telecommunications whith differens job as Project and the last 5 years as leading/coaching my team.
From 1987-2004 I was elected by my colleagues, as their union steward, I contribute to the reorganization of TeleDanmark in 1990, which was the result of a new law, adopted by the government of Denmark, on the merging of all the regional telecommunications companies in Denmark.
In a period of 4 years I was chairman of a joint committee, which had negotiation for all branches of the trade union, which had members in the organization, which we were employed (Supply and Service).

In the year 2000, I helped my good friend Joan Ferreras owner of Agroterrània, with managing to export the wine from Bodega Mas Comtal (www.mascomtal.com) to Denmark.
In 2004 I was elected to the TDC's TalentMagneten training and got there through a management training, which I passed.
