Crafty from birth and with a professional background in motivational speaking and adult training, Kim’s recent professional resume includes stints as a designer and freelance artist for several product manufacturers and as a regular contributing writer and designer for many of the major industry magazines. Kim is a noted special events instructor at paper-arts trade shows and retreats across the country and internationally. Her over-the-top personality and slightly “off center” style bring a refreshing twist to paper and photographic arts.
Kim also has a thriving, six year old portrait photography business in Scottsdale, AZ and Channel Islands, CA and has gained quite a notable following for her personality-filled natural light portraiture.

Over the years my responsibilities included: customer service, sales, marketing, public relations, human resource management, call center development and management, off-site location development and management, negotiations, training, technical writing, user interface design (accounting software), organizational consulting and implementation for clients and overall business operations management.
Most notably, I helped design, sell, teach and service a back-end software management and accounting system for the travel industry. Later, I helped successfully negotiate the sale of this platform to a large, international airline and helped train the new owner's nationwide staff in all areas of the software's use.
I played a critical role in landing a contract with the US Virgin Islands Division of Tourism to develop and manage an in-bound call center tied to a nationwide marketing program. I also helped establish and manage an on-island call center for the same.
I designed user interface and manuals for several versions of management and accounting software and assisted in exhausting pre-release beta testing of same. I designed and managed customer service and training departments for this software and assisted field sales with marketing and implementation of the product.
