Kim also has a thriving, six year old portrait photography business in Scottsdale, AZ and Channel Islands, CA and has gained quite a notable following for her personality-filled natural light portraiture.

Her more traditional resume includes an lengthy list of experience in corporate leadership, business development, and entrepreneurial ventures including, but not limited to:

* Nationwide sales, marketing and systems implementation of travel-industry management hardware/software packages
* Creating and maintaining call centers on both the mainland and in the USVI in conjunction for the US Virgin Islands Division of Tourism

Most notably, I helped design, sell, teach and service a back-end software management and accounting system for the travel industry. Later, I helped successfully negotiate the sale of this platform to a large, international airline and helped train the new owner's nationwide staff in all areas of the software's use.

I played a critical role in landing a contract with the US Virgin Islands Division of Tourism to develop and manage an in-bound call center tied to a nationwide marketing program. I also helped establish and manage an on-island call center for the same.

I designed user interface and manuals for several versions of management and accounting software and assisted in exhausting pre-release beta testing of same. I designed and managed customer service and training departments for this software and assisted field sales with marketing and implementation of the product.
