Half of my time on this project involved developing a component, written in pure Object Oriented JavaScript without the use of a framework such as jQuery etc. All with a focus on new technologies like HTML5, CSS3 and Webkit across multiple devices including iPhone and iPad.

The rest of my time my role was Front end lead developer with a server side team (Java) consisting of approx 10 people. This involved ensuring best practices were being used, making sure that code was clean and maintainable for future developers, implementing designs, overseeing all markup including CSS, JavaScript and HTML.

The project was managed in an Agile environment with daily standups and storyboarding.
Atlassian Jira was used to document and track bugs. Subversion was used for our Source Control solution.
