I earned my B.Sc. in Computer Science from Grand Canyon College (now University) in Phoenix, Arizona, attended Graduate School in the College of Engineering at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, and received my law degree (summa cum laude) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.
I am a member of the State Bars of Arizona and California, licensed to practice in both states.
My general practice areas include contract law, litigation, as well as criminal defense.
Additionally, I have training and experience as a mediator.
---
Prior to devoting more time to my legal practice, I spent many years in IT consulting. I summarize my experience here:
In today’s complex business environment fraught with regulatory pitfalls, companies require leaders possessing the proper balance of training, experience, and demonstrated accomplishment, across a range of disciplines. Moreover, taking on new challenges, new technologies, new ways of doing business, requires determined individuals who thrive on drawing order out of chaos.
This is where I fit: Experience and accomplishment in managing people, projects, and technology, combined with my legal credentials, critical where regulatory mandates, liability issues, and legal complexities must be considered.
My accomplishments result from my unique combination of breadth and depth of technology skills, business experience, management ability, and legal credentials, as well as strong and practical leadership coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
If you face technology, project, personnel, and regulatory challenges, I possess the skill mix and background necessary to manage them, and for the new challenges to follow.
IT & technology management, process improvement, business analysis, process implementation, performance contract negotiation, configuration control, change management, technology rollout, legal & regulatory issues.
