Kathleen Hosfeld is a consultant and coach who works at the intersection of marketing, strategy and organizational development.
She specializes in the design and facilitation of collaborative strategy processes that help clients to clarify and align resources around strategic priorities and get traction on their most important objectives.
Her clients have included Fortune 500 and middle market companies, and non-profit organizations. Results she has achieved include:
• Kathleen led a rapidly growing national insurance organization in a strategic marketing planning effort that for the first time integrated the efforts of 15 regional offices across the country. She also introduced the organization to the use of a company-wide reporting system to monitor sales and product trends.
• She facilitated the national expansion of a financial consulting organization. Her initial work was to prepare the organizational infrastructure to scale operations into new markets. Then she worked with them to build a turn-key program that allowed the organization to start new programs in partnership with banks across the country.
• Kathleen worked with a national non-profit organization on a two-fold program to help the organization expand its work. The first step was to prepare the infrastructure needed to scale its consulting and training services. The second was to lead a staff/board team through a process of identifying and developing a new area of service that offered growth potential.
For Kathleen, the "why" of each strategy includes mission, values and purpose - as well as organizational opportunity. By designing strategies around what matters most, she's able to help organizations tap their greatest potential and productivity.
Kathleen currently exploring the concept of "calling" as it relates to organizations seeking to integrate mission and values with their business models.
