As VP - Marketing, I conceptualized and coordinated the design of the print and electronic collateral materials for Interact 2.0, a next generation call center product. I developed a comprehensive marketing, sales and event kits for the organization in conjunction with 3rd party design agencies.
I also prepared and implemented a progressive Sales & Marketing Strategy to launch the product globally. As part of my responsiblities, I developed the corporate contracts, SOPs and customer service practices, while overseeing the preparation and development User Manuals for the same product.
Additionally, while heading the operations of the company, I was able to provide research and articles for domestic and international publications on customer service, call center deployment and call center technology in Pakistan and South East Asia.

At Arc, I was handed the complete product line to review against competitor products, analyze and oversee the re-development of the product to compete at an international level. I was also asked to provide input into new market entry points and a Market Entry Strategy.

At this point in time (1999), the quality of the available resources for software development in Pakistan was very poor. I was asked to develop a Corporate Training Program that would re-train engineers in the skills required for software development. This included college visits to recruit and educate about the program, interviews and evaluations, and the actual training of the candidates. Included in the Corporate Training Program was a Skill Development Program for current staff members to enhance their soft skills and any areas they felt were holding them back from better employment options within the company.
In addition, I was responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department until a suitable Manager could be found. While heading the department, I oversaw the development of Corporate Policies and Procedures for all functions of the organization, ranging from administration and human resources to project management.
