Original 18 month contract, now made permanent, to cover the secondment of existing Developers to a major project. In addition to ongoing support for all Service IT systems, I've been involved in design, development and deployment of a Resource Management system for the Training department to optimize the allocation of Trainers to courses, using Sharepoint. Subsequently I organised the roll-out of Sharepoint 2010 across the entire Service (some 2400 users on 84 sites), including migration of existing Intranet and Sharepoint 2007 sites.
Having completed a Sharepoint Developers 2010 - 2013 update course, I'm leading on the project to deploy both Intranet and Sharepoint onto the 2013 platform.

This is an innovation and pioneering project designed to help students make better post-16 course choices and provide valuable data for James and his team to improve quality management.
