    Owned the definition and delivery of a number of strategic initiatives for the Cisco on Cisco team. This team acts as a central point between product development, marketing, sales and IT, and produces customer facing marketing materials detailing how Cisco solutions have been implemented by Cisco IT.

    - Defined and managed reporting processes for the "Cisco on Cisco Executive Council", a steering body comprised of key members of the Cisco executive management team.
    - Drove the development of a Social Media Marketing strategy for the Cisco on Cisco team, resulting in over 12,000 USD savings in cost avoidance versus traditional web marketing over one fiscal quarter.
    - Managed the definition and development of a flash based E-Learning application for internal use by sales teams at Cisco. Since launch the application has had over 5600 registrations and has been cited as instrumental in at least four deals totaling 675k USD.
    - Key member of the team responsible for the analysis, redesign and successful re launch of the externally facing Cisco on Cisco web page, which receives approx 220K hits per month.
