All outdoors, Holistic Health, Oil & Water-Colour Painting, Internet & E-Commerce, Life, Love and Real Estate investing. Recent property transactions I have enjoyed are €7.5M of US Property and 10 properties in Ireland. Along with designing a high-spec turnkey Intranet system, I further specified, procured, installed and maintained a state of the art IT HelpDesk system for Schering-Plough Corp. I took personal pleasure in doubling the sales of an Office Equipment company every year for four years. In the past I have enjoyed organising trade delegations between Egypt and Ireland securing sales of $3.5 million. In my younger days sales was my passion and I achieved record export sales of over $1 million/month from USA to Middle East during 1983. I recorded successful computer sales over 15 years, to the top 800 companies in Ireland. I believe training to be essential and I was grateful to take computer training from leading companies like Siemens/CATT, FAS, IMI, and CLC.

I love writing and I have published poetry. Indeed, I was a runner-up in the North American Poetry competition in 1998. I published "Exporting to Egypt" in 1984. I completed numerous e-Books for publication on the Internet in 2005.

I hold numerous awards of "Salesman of the Month" from Encyclopaedia Britannica. I was awarded the coveted Leather Bound 54 volumes of the "Great Books of the Western World".
