I am the leader of digital marketing strategy at ConAgra Foods. What this means in practice is that I have responsibility for understanding the changing digital marketing landscape and setting the digital marketing agenda for our brands and initiatives. I am also the leader of a team of talented digital marketers at ConAgra Foods who are responsible for developing strategic digital marketing plans for individual consumer brands, for executing the plans, and for incorporating a process of measurement, learning, and change.
I've been in interactive marketing for a long time (11+ years) and I'm as passionate about the opportunity ahead today as I was when I started. All marketing is rapidly becoming digital. The compelling opportunity today is to take the best of brand marketing, combine it with direct marketing and PR best practices, and to launch incredibly relevant consumer programs. Today's technology enables us to market with precision at scale. We are no longer in a marketing environment where whoever yells the loudest wins. Precision *and* scale are required for a company like ConAgra Foods to succeed in the future.

Collaborate with consumer insights team to establish ROI models and benchmarks for interactive programs.
