Kevin Dayton’s Summary

I have been working with Web technologies for nearly 10 years. From the early days of simple HTML Web sites to today's advanced, dynamic data driven Web applications, I have always sought to stay on the cutting edge of this ever evolving communication medium.

My primary focus in recent years has been database management. For the past 4 years, I have maintained and overseen the expansion of an Oracle database that drives a Department of Homeland Security (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) Web application known as OpSTAR. I also serve as the application development task lead for OpSTAR.

When time allows, I also work independently under the guise of my self-owned business Volatile Eight Industries. I also volunteer as Webmaster and developer for The Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Oklahoma City.
