With the creation of Crawford Luxury Realty, I am able to serve my clients with an unbelievable amount of attention and expertise. My marketing techiques for all properties go far beyond the traditional marketing that you see everywhere. I truly believe that you have to experience a home to know what it's really about, so I work to use face-to-face marketing and networking to directly reach out and bring the buyer of your home to you. Not just put it on the MLS and hope someone shows up. It takes so much more than that.



For buyers, I'm constantly networking within the real estate community to find those under-valued properties, or properties that I know would be a perfect fit. I'm constantly staying on top of the available inventory in the market. That way, when a buyer first contacts me to tell me what they're looking for, I'm usually able to think of a few properties right off the top of my head that would be perfect for them. Once we locate the correct property for you, I'm able to use my knowledge of the market and negotiation skills to help you get the best deal possible.



I also help buyers and sellers in all price ranges. I love what I do, no matter the price of the home. Some of my most rewarding experiences are helping first time buyers find their new home.
