My title is Sr Sales Director, and I am part of Hackett Technology Services executive management team. I am responsible for the North Central region of the US, selling Oracle solutions. Though my primary role is sales, there are large Marketing and Alliance components. I have a team of seven people, including a Business Development Analyst, and I will be augmenting my team over the next few months, adding Oracle-specific expertise, and additional sales professionals.
I have an excellent understanding of the complex sell, leading with management consulting on business issues, with an emphasis on Oracle's portfolio of products, and how to resolve the business issues.
Earlier in my career, I was more of a "generalist", selling multiple ERP solutions, including Oracle (PeopleSoft, JD Edwards included), SAP, and Lawson. I specialized in account development, whereby I positioned my software partners' products. Not limited to ERP, I also have sold solutions around Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply-Chain Management (SCM), Business Process Management, Business Intelligence (BI), and a host of other IT solutions.
Excellent new account development and business development skills, and have led many successful account teams, setting winning pursuit and sales strategies. Trained in "Solution Selling", as well as other sales techniques, specializing in working with C-level management.
