Overall, I am a happy, outgoing, go-getter with a diverse background spanning internet media, banking and retail.
I am currently working as a lead Graphic Designer/Web Developer for my own interactive media company, BennuMedia and directing the daily functions of my property rental firm, OSL Properties.
Prior to my current positions, I was an employee of JPMorgan Chase Bank. In my role as Lead Communications and Web Development Associate for the Commercial Loan Services (CLS) Business Management Office (BMO), I was responsible for the CLS Website and all project/business as usual communications impacting CLS. In the past, I have served a broader, global audience in a similar capacity as a member of the Global Credit Risk Management Operations (GCRMO) Communication Team.
As a member of the Bank One Workforce Learning and Performance Team, I also have experience in the HR capacity. My role on the WLPT included assisting in the management of training efforts for projects and change initiatives within CLS. Some of my other responsibilities included performance consulting, leadership/management development, instructional design, researching industry best practices and meeting facilitation.
Before entering the banking industry, I specialized in retail sales and administration, working for companies such as Macy's, Carson Pirie Scott, Dillards, Sears and Express.
Graduating with my Bachelors of Science (BS) from Chicago State University, I concentrated in the study of Marketing Management. With a dedication to Life-Long-Learning, I am currently pursing my degree in Interactive Media Development at the Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago.
