Kesha Watson has been an employee of the Bank since June 2001. In her current role as Communications and Web Development Associate for the Commercial Loan Services (CLS) Business Management Office (BMO), Kesha is responsible for the CLS Website and all project/business as usual communications impacting CLS.
As a communications resource, her daily activities include developing communication plans, audience analysis, distribution list development, communication development and gaining communication approvals from the appropriate levels of management. In addition, Kesha is the Web Administrator for the CLS Website where she is responsible for overall site operation, content/data management, visual/architectural design and the processing of incoming web tickets.
In the past, she served a broader audience in a similar capacity as a member of the Global Credit Risk Management Operations (GCRMO) Communication Team. Prior to transitioning to the CLS Business Management Office, she was a member of the Workforce Learning and Performance Team. Her role included assisting in the management of training efforts for projects and change initiatives within Commercial Loan Services. Some of her other responsibilities included performance consulting, leadership/management development, researching industry best practices and meeting facilitation.
Additionally, Kesha has served the Bank as a Process Analyst within the CLS New Business Strategy Team. Through various improvement initiatives, she aided in identifying and addressing the nature and extent of leadership development opportunities within CLS.
Graduating with her Bachelors of Science (BS) from Chicago State University, Kesha concentrated in the study of Marketing Management. With a dedication to Life-Long-Learning, she is currently pursing her degree in Interactive Media Development at the Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago.
