  Attention is given to working with those individuals who have an active desire to progress toward IT Executive roles.
  
  Mentoring others is one way that I can put back value into the industry gained during my tenure as an IT Executive.
  
  Mentoring is different to Coaching but I am providing an amalgam of the two. A customised program provided on a personal basis with candidates. The primary focus is on development and growth of the individual's effectiveness for the mutual benefit of the candidate and the company. A strong commercial focus is retained as the pivotal point of professional and personal development. Mentored individuals become more rounded over time and are able to apply learned and newly developed skills across current and future roles.
