Software developer at BT
United Kingdom
After starting in BT as a hardware developer, I drifted into software via embedded systems. Since then I have worked on several large operational support systems using a variety of technologies.
I was heavily involved in migrating a previous team to an agile process (I guess we did a reasonable job, as we won two internal agile awards, and were described as the 'exemplar' agile team in BT).
Now working on the Web21C project (web21c.bt.com).
Agile development (specifically XP); Test-driven development; Ruby and Rails.
