  I attended the Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg for 3 years. I received my BFA in Graphic Design. During my time at school, I worked as a student graphic designer for the Career Services and Student Services departments and as a teacher's assistant for an Adobe Illustrator class. As a Student Ambassador, I was a face for the school to prospective and incoming students. I was a member of our student AIGA group, Visual Voltage. The positions I held were Membership Chair and Programming Officer. I also started a student group called, PureEdit, which encouraged students to speak up about their work as well as their peers. This was in an effort to prepare them for inevitable classroom critiques.
  
  Since my graduation I have kept in contact with former classmates, coworkers and teachers. I have gone back by request to lead classroom critiques and teach bookbinding workshops.
