As a researcher, my work has impacted product design, product development, sales, customer service, operations, and marketing. I've worked for and with Fortune 500 companies, software/technology companies, consumer product companies, retailers, and entrepreneurs.

My strengths include top-notch research skills, curiosity, a global outlook and international experience, and very strong client management and leadership skills. I have a consistent record of success in taking on new challenges and in translating customer information into insights and business opportunities. I believe it's important to mentor, teach and learn from others, and to create a positive working environment. I've also sought out volunteer opportunities (for example, after September 11th, I provided pro bono marketing assistance to three small business owners whose businesses were adversely impacted).
