Kenya Allmond (formerly Raabe) is a manager in the corporate information technology security group at BearingPoint. She is responsible for conducting forensic examinations of corporate computers in response to legal or other compliance investigations.
Ms. Allmond has participated in all stages of the forensic data extraction process including data acquisition/analysis, recovery of deleted data and e-discovery. She has ten years of information technology experience including eight years of software development experience. Ms. Allmond's previous experience includes development of financial and warehouse management systems. Her specialities include database development, data analysis, computer forensics and computer technology.
Prior to joining BearingPoint, Kenya Allmond was a director with FTI Consulting’s Technology Consulting practice. Ms. Allmond worked on a variety of matters in various capacities including data preservation, computer forensics, document analytics, complex data analysis and data conversion. Ms. Allmond has worked on bankruptcy and stock-option backdating matters where she has analyzed financial data residing on various database platforms. On one matter that required production of very large data sets, she created a method to track evidence items down to the individual file level to ensure that all data was delivered to the review environment.
Ms. Allmond holds a M.F.S. in Forensic Science with a concentration in High-Technology Crime Investigation from George Washington University. She also holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of the District of Columbia. Her professional memberships include the High Technology Crime Investigation Association, the Association for Certified Fraud Examiners, Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers - Computer Society, and the Association for Computing Machinery. Ms. Allmond is registered as a private investigator in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
