As a marketing coach, I help people who run midsize companies make profitable marketing decisions. In the early 90's, I realized that the internet would change my world as a marketer forever... I relished the idea and was an early adopter. Sometimes I call myself an internet strategy coach, because online tools and techniques are so important. But marketing isn't about technology, tools or techniques... it is about building relationships with customers.

This was a small marketing communications agency based in Newport Beach, CA. We served a wide range of clients, developing print ads, direct mail programs, and sales collateral. At one point, we were know as the go-to agency if you wanted to start a federally chartered bank in Southern California. In a two-year period, we managed campaigns that funded ten banks in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and on Catalina Island. We were not your run-of-the-mill ad shop.
