Kenny began programming in GW-BASIC on his family's Tandy 1000 when he was 9 years old. More recently, he worked for Tribal Data Resources, where he wrote the Pathways interactive directory software in C# 2.0 with a SQL Server 2005 Express back end. The Pathways software included mapping features using Microsoft MapPoint, multi-threaded reporting, online two-way updates, and was independently tested and verified by Veritest. This software met the requirements of the Microsoft Empower Program for ISVs, and qualified the company where he worked for the Microsoft Certified Partner program.
Kenny returned to school at CSU, Chico in Fall of 2006, and is expected to finish his BS in Computer Science with a Math/Science option in the Spring of 2008. He is the Microsoft Student Partner on his campus, and is the Events Coordinator for three computer science student organizations: ACM, UPE, and CSLUG.
