In the last 6 months have been very heavily involved in assisting design in the operational deployment of Tellabs MSSR based MPLS transmission backbone for 3G, and the subsequent data creation, and deployment to the nodes, RNC's SGSN's and MGW's. This has also seen me become key contact for network faults on this equipment.

Primary point of contact on technical matters involving GPRS, Wideband Transmission, test equipment, Alcatel RAN, Changes and engineering releases.
Primary point of contact for International and National Roaming issues within the SNS group.
Provide national call out support for BSS/RAN and Core activities and problems.
ITIL Service management Qualified. Member of the IET and Chartered Member of the BCS.
