Software was automatically pushed to user’s computer on schedule in batch as well as manually in single instance request. Resulted in a 100% accuracy of software installation, accurate license compliance auditing, and reduction in technician labor through standardization of system configuration and auto-recovery feature.
• For worldwide 800+ Macintosh systems led project to implement an application inventory scanning software, Asset Trustee. Central server automatically retrieved the collected scan data from each computer via several servers located worldwide.
• For 900+ PC computers was Project Manager for annual refresh program. Involved scheduling and coordinating replacement of obsolete computers. Led a 5-technician outsource team.
• For 100+ Macintosh systems was Project Lead for annual refresh program. Involved scheduling and coordinating replacement of obsolete computers. Led a 3-technician outsource team.
• Managed training programs and seminars for 500+ graphic artists on Adobe and Alias software design products. Contracted outside trainers and directed syllabus content for all courses. Personally taught some advance Adobe classes.
