Volunteered as product owner for Common Customer Gateway Euronext Paris. Applied Agile practices and values on a high stakes, global project flagged as in "red". Worked with team to provide onsite presence and release plan estimated by team, prioritized by me and revisited weekly. Built trust with customer by accommodating formal planning, providing weekly trending, scope changes and risks, and removing or escalating obstacles to delivery. Raised team morale by engaging them in decisions, clarifying goals and stakes, assuming personal accountability for backlog, planning from their commitments, and championing their cause with management.

Coached Scrum techniques for an XP team: tools and techniques for planning and reporting on releases and iterations, role and responsibilities of agile product owners and agile values of trust and transparency between customers and the development team. Cultivated and advised other advocates in development and product management.

Streamlined Oxygen web production, training marketing staff in html markup and leveraging existing creative services. As a result, supported Oxygen's four b2b web properties with no additional staff.
