Design and implement a total technology plan to meet the mission and objectives of a school or district, including: directing the instructional and administrative use of technology, providing training to faculty and parents, coordinating the use of centralized hardware and software, and coordinating service and replacement needs.

Kelvin has presented at numerous conventions and conferences and provided staff development workshops and courses in the field of mathematics, magic, balloons, kites, and emerging technologies and their impact on learning at all ages.
Kelvin was a 2005 International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM) Gold Medal Finalist in the Stage Competition in Reno, Nevada,
and a 2005 Society of American Magicians (SAM) Finalist in the Close-Up Competition in Boston.
Kelvin placed 1st in stage magic at the Texas Association of Magician's (TAOM) 2003 Convention, and also the Pacific Coast Association of Magician's (PCAM) 2000 Convention.

Kelvin Chun is an award winning educator, magician, balloon sculptor and kite enthusiast. He is best known for his educational technology background, stage magic, inventive balloon sculptures and kites.
