Yes, I moved to Nashville aka Music City. No, I am not going to be performing smoky bar gigs on my way to country music stardom. I am however, looking to pursue a new job in this new city.

My name is Kelsey Condit and I’m a young professional who’s seen job growth on a short-term basis thanks to my ability to reach my goals. I believe in continued job education and increasing my skills set when able. I have relocated and am pursuing a communications based position. My strengths include extensive Microsoft Office knowledge, clear communication, the ability to organize during a fire drill and pure enjoyment when assisting others.

I’ve spent a little over 2 years working in the title insurance and settlement industry doing post-closing work. My responsibilities were both detail oriented and time sensitive. I was responsible not only for getting packages closed out and back to our lenders on time but also for reviewing and submitting documents to the county recorder. My supervisor & I were responsible for implementing a new electronic recording system to make our process more efficient and time effective. Also, I was responsible for constant communication with previous customers, real estate agents and lenders when dealing with any sort of issue. I was promoted twice at this company in under two years, taking on more work, new tasks and leadership within my department.

In Nashville, I’m looking to change fields and explore something new. I’m eager to put my communications skills and love for people to good use and pursuing a new opportunity! I love change and can’t wait to take this new adventure.
