► When we list a home we use every advantage to get that home SOLD in the fastest possible time and to obtain the highest possible price. Multiple websites, SEO, connecting sites that pick-up those listings and constant networking make that goal a reality.
► Assisting home buyers involves technology and networking. Most of our clients are executives, athletes, professionals and always on the go. Whether a mile from us or across the ocean, communications is a crucial component to our service. My team and I rely heavily on the Internet and amazing services such as LinkedIn.
► We do a lot of consulting. When a client is ready to sell a home we do research to determine current market price for that home, who our prime target market is, how best to get that message out as quickly and effectively as possible.
