I was promoted from my graphic designer position to Project Manager. It is my responsibility to oversee the successful transition of Avalanche Publications, located in Cypress, CA to the LANG office in Delafield, WI. During the transition and after transition completion, I will be responsible for managing the projects with the Avalanche brand as well as various strategic accounts that come through. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, tracking a job from beginning to delivery to China/requester, working with the designers to manage their time and alleviate any late deliveries, update the local Work in Progress worksheet to be able to provide reports to coworkers as needed, update JDE for catalogue production, ensure timelines are met for product launch, addressing the concerns of the designers or from requesters to the designers, etc.
