I am a Sourcing Researcher and Technical Writer with AIRS-A Company of The RightThing. I also get the amazing opportunity to train all classes AIRS offers. My favorites are the full day classes like SearchLab, XtremeLab, Certified Diversity Recruiter and Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter. I also write and edit the AIRS Sourcing Report, which provides free sourcing tips and information on a monthly basis. When not writing for AIRS, I am also a guest blogger at the talent management blog, Fistful of Talent, and I have just started my own blog via Posterous. My background includes more than 15 years of HR experience, with the last 10 specifically focused in sourcing and recruitment.
