Residential Program Manager at CMARC
Greater Boston Area
I have been with Central Middlesex ARC since August of 2004. I was hired as a direct support professional at a house where five people with autism live. Two years later, I moved onto the role of assistant program manager. Two years after that, I became the manager. Ultimately, I am looking at joining CMARC's clinical team. A role within this team would make use of all of my past experience, schooling, and expertise.
I am a human rights officer, MAP and CPR/FA certified, and trained in Prevent. I am also credentielled as a Direct Support Professional II by the Massachusetts Council For Human Service Providers. In addition, I type 100 WPM and am proficient in Microsoft Office programs and in HTML. I am able to manipulate JavaScript for my purposes. I am the creator and maintainer of a popular NASCAR driver fan site, since 2003. I have strong writing skills that I have used to my benefit across settings.
