Realtor, Serving Marin County and Sonoma Valley
San Francisco Bay Area
I am a fourth generation, lifelong Marin County resident--born at Marin General Hospital, I am a true native in every sense of the word. In the late 90s/early 00s I fell in love with Sonoma Valley and in 2004, purchased a home near the Plaza in the town of Sonoma. Currently a bi-county resident, serving both Markets.
To best serve you I have relationships with a network of qualified and trusted professionals for just about anything you might need. When buying or selling a home, there are a plethora of details to cover, as well as a huge amount of liability, so it is best to be represented by someone who cares about your best interests and has a team of professionals to cover all the bases--because the transaction doesn't always end at the close of escrow.
Be prepared to be pleasantly surprised by getting your calls and emails either answered immediately, or returned in a timely manner, as well as unexpected attention to all the details that are important to you. Because this is really about you, isn't it?
In fact, I am known to recommend that my clients NOT buy or sell if it is not in their best interests--even though it means no paycheck for me. I have to make a living, but I also have to live with myself. If it's not good for you, then it's not going to happen with me.
Whether you are Buying or Selling, I am here for you and my responsibility is to represent your best interests. My clients say it best. You can see what some of my clients are saying by going to my website (http://www.kelleyeling.com) and clicking on "Testimonials".
I specialize in listening to what is important to my clients, scrutinizing the market, and meeting the clients' specific need. You won't find my picture plastered everywhere with me telling everyone how great I am. I prefer to let my work and my clients speak for me.

I was born here and have lived here my entire life. My reputation is everything. In other words, if it isn't good for you, it won't be happening with me.
I am responsible for ensuring that my buying clients get into properties at the right price with the most upside potential. For my selling clients, it is my responsibility to ensure that they get the highest price for their home in the least amount of time.
Regardless of whether my clients are buying or selling, it is my responsibility to ensure that all bases are covered and my client's liability is limited to little or nothing--before, during and after the transaction.
Real Estate is a local business. It pays to work with someone that cares about you, the community, and really knows the Local Market.
The environment is a huge concern, therefore I recycle. And when my lease is up on my current car, I am going to get a hybrid. My perennial landscaping is frost and drought tolerant to conserve water. Throughout my home there are energy saving devices and methods in place. I walk or ride my bicycle when possible (or practical). If you would like to make a difference too, you can go to http://www.stopglobalwarming.org
