    "What's your GiG?"

    (Management Consulting industry)

    August 2002Present (6 years 3 months)

Griffin Intrapersonal Growth helps people improve in all areas of connectivity: work, relationship, and self development. I use a fantastic emotional intelligence (EQ) assesment that's powerful and accurate and helps people understand their own personal internal landscape. EQ is like a fingerprint, it is unqiue to each of us. Empowered with the knowledge of your unique internal map, you'll be able to improve your relationships exponentially. That's great news for business owners and executives since our very success hinges on relationships.

I also specialize in helping people in the workplace. I help them get promoted, settle into a new job successfully, navigate the political arena at work, manage their employees and their relationships with colleagues, and achieve their goals and objectives.
