EXECUTIVE ADVISER
As an experienced Executive Advisor, I support leaders as they vision and execute in the organizational 'whitespace.' I have a rare skill set: 20 + years as a line manager and executive with P&L responsibility combined with 7 years of workplace/human behavior education and expertise. I can draw from all sides of a problem set - from the logical, rational, and process-oriented aspects to the intuitive, creative, and 'soft' elements. I am particularly adept at building deep lasting collaborative relationships that become the basis for innovation and change within organizations. My expertise allows me to assess gaps and breakdowns from many vantage points, often identifying an 'invisible' obstacle. My clients say I've helped them reframe or change the components of their problem, creating new interpretations, increasing effectiveness, improving communication, clarifying objectives.
