At NOAA/GFDL, my research has focused on using complex computer climate models to study climate change and variability, often with an emphasis on the ocean’s role on decadal to centennial time scales.
In addition to publishing in the scientific literature, I regularly participate in educational outreach activities, delivering presentations and creating content (text, graphics, videos, collaborating with museums, etc.) to communicate about the science of climate and climate change to a wide variety of audiences and the media.
