At Nutritionals I led the development and launch of the Sun Crystals Natural Sweetener Brand. Sun Crystals has been a brand of many firsts for Johnson & Johnson, including the first brand to focus on natural retailers such as Whole Foods, the first brand internally developed since Splenda, and the first brand with a 1% of sales commitment to not-for-profit organizations that supply solar energy resources around the world.

In this position I; led the development of the of the SUN CRYSTALS™ Brand, partnered with cross-functional and multi-agency exceed the 2005 and 2006 LACTAID® Franchise business plan topline and bottom lines targets, additionally I led the development and production of Hispanic and African American multi-cultural campaigns that included TV, radio, print, online and grassroots initiatives that drove consumption increases double that of the category.
