I am a highly experienced JDA Intactix planogram specialist with the following responsibilities at AAFES:
Supervises reviews, assists and facilitates the development of planograms; determines category space allocation and adjacencies to appropriately allocate product. Ensures that planograms sizes, assortments are available to fit all stores. Analyzes and reviews sales per square foot. Implements RETEK integration and replenishment processes. Participates and supervises special projects, new store reviews, expansions and departmental resets for assigned business areas. Works with DMMs and Senior Buyers to develop planogram calendar and obtain permanent and seasonal stock assortments. Identifies and quickly resolves presentation issues by escalating any non-compliance to DMM and Division VP. Sets and monitors group performance goals. Supports the training and development of all planogram specialists as needed and assists in the coordination of workloads with the team to ensure timely completion.
As a Senior Space Planner, I managed, assembled, trained and maintained a team of space planners that works closely with merchants and store management. I provided management on floor and planogram solutions for new and existing retail store formats using JDA software. My duties included the design and building of planograms for best space to performance for product placement. Assuring deadlines are met with planogram implementation; and the integrity of planograms are maintained through base level training at the store level for new store set up and existing stores.
