This system created a on demand tool for submitting requests for appraisals that eliminated the need for an outside vendor, concurrently achieving a cost reduction in excess of $300,000 annually.
Built and documented a new Mortgage Portfolio Collection System that resulted in growing the portfolio collections from 46% to over 75% within 6 months by adding a system that allowed collectors to process more accounts in a day than was previously possible to do in a week. This $850,000 project was finished on-time and within budget.
Change Agent within a Development Center of Services to implement shared internal resources concept. Produced a strong new strategic sourcing initiative.
