Prior to joining AcademixDirect, Keith was CMO of iContact, where he significantly increased the company’s valuation and SMB customer growth, which led to the company raising a $40 Million Series B (from JMI Equity) in less than one year, and their eventual acquisition for $169 million by Vocus (NASDAQ: VOCS). Marketing leadership efforts at iContact included expansion of the internal Marketing and Communications teams, bringing most of the mission critical direct response marketing efforts in-house, launching the new iContactPlus branded service offerings, and rebranding iContact to reflect the company’s new position as a highly recognized resource for email and social media marketing for small to medium businesses. The Web Marketing Association recognized the re-launch of the new iContact web site for outstanding achievement in Web Design & Development with a 2010 WMA Award.
Prior to joining iContact, Keith served as General Manager and as SVP at LendingTree, LLC. as part of IAC, and then with the IAC spinoff Tree.com, where he was responsible for owning multiple P&L’s, which included the Short Form Mortgage division and the new Emerging Businesses division, as well as leading the LendingTree Exchange.

Web based applications at WesternMutual.com and DirectBrokerLink.com allowed approved homeowners and insurance brokers to generate instant quotes with online underwriting approvals with fast policy binding options. Western Mutual online consumers were also able to compare their online quotes to those of the top insurance companies available in their area (like AllState, State Farm, Farmers), with internally developed HO3 online rating systems. Additional websites were also developed and deployed that increased Western Mutual's ability to service its existing clients and greatly improve retention rates for their homeowners during a third party mortgage refinance process (EasyEvidence.com).
