Ph.D., System's analysis, Efficiency estimation, 1994 — 1996
Thesis description: Proposed method of creation hierarchical system’s structure based on successive computing of subjective tests vector. The subjective test vector is made by means of method of pair wise compare of T.Saaty. Showed matching between subjective test of subsystems importance and relational efficiency of these subsystems. Proposed method of total efficiency of the complex system, based on the absolute efficiency values composed of relational efficiency marks and costs.
