I consider myself a PR/marketing professional, with a specialty in online communication. Websites are information vehicles and can serve many purposes. Some sites act as the face of an organization. While other sites reinforce company branding and messages. All websites should entice action from visitors, whether it's clicking to find out more information about an organization or purchasing a product.
I've had the opportunity to work in several different environments. My experience immediately after college introduced me to the intricacies of Web. I later worked in a traditional agency environment. I was afforded the opportunity to wear several different hats, which enabled me to broaden my skill set. Now that I'm working in a corporate setting, I'm able to apply what I've learned, and I'm also challenged to continue to stay immersed in the Web community.
It is my goal to share my knowledge of the Web, as opportunities arise.
