We work with clients to develop a system to meet all their needs in document preparation, complaints, legal research, motions, and other support needs in an efficient and cost effective manner. I supervise the work of other paralegals in document preparation and review all documents before they are finalized and provided to the requesting attorney.
Develop and implement training programs in the areas of Bankruptcy and Entertainment Law. We provide training seminars to paralegals, newly admitted attorneys, attorneys who are exploring new areas of law, and other legal support staff. I instruct the hands on portion of the seminar in working with the various Bankruptcy preparation softwares.

Assisted former Bankruptcy Judge, Attorney Kathleen P. March on a day to day basis performing various duties such as preparing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Petitions and all necessary post-petition documents and motions.
My duties also included Drafting Motions for Relief from the Automatic Stay, Objections to Chapter 13 Plan. Worked with creditors in protecting their rights under Bankruptcy law.
