Our network of 40+ career counselors, career coaches and business coaches help career changers or entrepreneurs 1) identify their best target market(s), 2) hone their marketing materials, resumes, websites or written materials to attract attention, and 3) put the steps in motion to find long-term, rewarding, profitable and fun work.
Career changers go through a career discovery process, including career assessments, figuring out their strengths and selling points, and also packaging themselves appropriately (i.e. resumes and networking strategies) to achieve their job search goals.
The coaching network is made up of Greater Boston (MA) career coaches and career counselors, all of whom have training in career counseling or coaching and real-life experience in certain industries. (We also have coaches in other new England states as well.) We help clients find not just any career coach or business coach, but the RIGHT coach for their situation.
