An art historian and critic of modern and contemporary art, Dr. O'Dell has been a professor in the Department of Visual Arts at UMBC since 1992. In fall of 2001, she joined the Dean's Office of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences as a full-time administrator, continuing her scholarly research.
