As Executive Director of a non-profit community media center, I manage the staff, equipment, resources and the operation of five cable television channels, manage the organization's budget, television studios and field productions, paid video productions and community event services, staff, members, volunteers, marketing, fundraising, outreach and educational training programs, hr, policy issues on media and public access, technology and long-term organizational projects, community and board of directors relations and manage special projects/contracts.
