Kathrin is a grant writer and speaks on cultural diversity and transnational race relations. Kathrin has over eight years experience as a corporate paralegal in immigration law and ERISA litigation. She has a passion for strengthening relationships between People of Color in the United States and the European Diaspora, as well as facilitating capacity building among other groups working to eradicate racism and prejudice. Kathrin serves as founder of The Diversity Projekt, an organization that provides consulting services and resources to social justice and community-based initiatives. She is also a translator, project coordinator and development officer for the Black German Cultural Society, Inc., and currently serves on their Board of Directors.
