Kathleen Scanlon’s Summary
As a transactional real estate attorney, I practice law with a business focus. My specialty is structuring the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of residential & commercial real estate, whether single units or bulk REO packages ranging into the billions. I also engage in loss mitigation on behalf of our clients including short sales & loan modifications.
Unlike many attorneys, I think "outside the box" and find the solution rather than sit back and practice "the way its always been done". Real estate law is a dynamic, evolving area of law that changes as markets' needs demand. I stay on top of the cutting edge techniques so that I may refine them and adapt them to my practice and the needs of my clients.
I also facilitate bulk equity transactions including but not limited to REO and other nonperforming assets, diamonds, gold bullion, PP offerings etc.
My other niche is social media marketing & networking. I love technology and espouse all it has to offer a busy professional like myself. I have the innate ability to put create an appealing online presence on all the major social media networks to create relationships with a high ROI.
