2005 — Present (4 years)
The true spirit of my work is to help my clients establish an unwavering sense of self, so they can thrive in any relationship or environment. I am passionate about helping others break patterns that no longer serve them well and empowering them to live a life of choice.
I specialize in helping my clients communicate more effectively within their relationship(s). This typically enables them to live a more authentic life and helps minimize the drama and chaos that often times surrounds them. I also work with caregivers of loved ones and teach them how to give care from a stronger, healthier and more capable place.
I welcome anyone looking for a "better way" of living their own life and being in relationship with others to contact me.
Certified Facilitator , 2008
Through facilitating the Too Young to Retire program, I support Boomers & Beyond in pro-actively creating a meaningful and fulfilling strategy that keeps them engaged and relevant for the duration of their lives.
Organizational & Relationship Systems Coach Training 2007
In 2007 I took the newly added (at that time) and "final" ORSC course - Systems Coaching Integration: Moving Towards Mastery.
The ORSC curriculum was originally offered through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). It is now offered through Center for Right Relationship (CRR). While I "officially" took this final class through CTI, I am listing it under CRR to create awareness around this transitioning of ORSC from CTI to CRR.
Organizational & Relationship Systems Coach Training 2006
In 2006 I took the following ORSC courses through CTI: ORSC Fundamentals, ORSC Relationship Intelligence, ORSC System Geography and ORSC Relationship Path
Co-Active Coach Training 2005
I took the Co-Active Core curriculum which consisted of the following five courses:
Fundamentals, Fulfillment, Balance, Process & In The Bones
Relationship coaching, caregiver coaching, life coaching, team building, public speaking and facilitating women's retreats . . . along with writing, traveling, photography, golfing, tennis, hiking, sailing and kayaking
