Freelance Writer at The Medina Gazette
Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area
My primary career experience is as a magazine and online journalist - I have written for trade publications as an assistant editor at Benjamin Media, Inc., and my most current position was as an assistant editor in the Pop Music department at All Music Guide. I am a freelance writer for Scene, an alternative weekly in Cleveland, Ohio, and one of my clips also appeared in Alternative Press in April 2006.
I am currently looking for a full time position as a writer/editor. While my expertise is in arts, entertainment and music, I am also interested in writing about the green industry in areas such as sustainability, conservation and new technologies. I'm also interested in positions within the non-profit sector; I would like to focus on either environmental or humanitarian causes. If you would like to speak with me about opportunities in these or other areas, please feel free to contact me. Thank you!
