The nicest thing that people who work with me say is that I work to help them achieve thier goals, not the goals I think they should have. A website should reflect the company's product, thier service, thier dedication to that product and all the work they have put into thier company's vision. As web developers we should be supporting that by adding the knowledge, the understanding and the coding to make it happen.
What thrills me as a developer is to at the end of a project is to hear..it is exactly what we wanted, and provides us with exactly the experience we want our future and current customers to have.
