In 2000 I was awarded my PhD (Queensland University of Technology) for knowledge management research.

I established BDO Kendalls' intellectual capital consulting specialisation in 1999. In 2007 I formed the specialist knowledge asset management consulting firm, KNOWABLE.

Particular interests include:

- Maximising value from experts and expertise
- Knowledge risk mitigation - capture critical knowledge before expert staff leave the organisation

KNOWABLE was established in September 2007 to extend the specialisation developed at BDO Kendalls since 1999.
